Terms of service
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the online store maintained by Kustannusosakeyhtiö Kumiorava (hereinafter referred to as "the seller"). The online store sells printed books and comic albums to consumers in Finland and abroad. By ordering products, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed through the online store. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. An order confirmation will be sent by email immediately after the order is placed.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include value added tax (14%) for printed albums and books. Value added tax may vary depending on the product (other than albums and books). Value added tax is 25.5% for shipping costs. Payments are made using secure payment methods offered by the online store (e.g., online banking, card payment, or mobile payment) with Paytrail acting as the payment service provider.
4. Delivery and delivery time
Products are delivered via the Posti delivery service. Delivery time is normally 2–7 business days from the date of order. Delivery costs are indicated at checkout before payment.
5. Right of exchange and return
The consumer has a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product is unused and in saleable condition. Returns must be notified in advance by email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. For more information on returns, please send an email to janne-matti.keisala@kumiorava.fi.
6. Complaints and errors
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately. The seller is responsible for defective products in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and will deliver a new product or refund the purchase.
7. Data protection
Customer data is treated confidentially and only used in connection with order processing. More detailed information can be found in the privacy policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The seller is not liable for indirect damage or delays caused by force majeure.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. The consumer may also refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
